The Return of Boss Larry and Big Blue Swing

I’m back! After a break, I’m ready to dive back into sharing my love of all things dieselpunk.
I wanted to turn everyone on to an interesting online streaming station that I’ve found: “Big Blue Swing.com”.

According to their web site, “Big Blue Swing.com is a non-profit Internet Radio Station featuring the best swing and blues music available. Our selections give you the feeling of being right back at that weekend exchange. Whether you’re doing Lindy Hop, Charleston, Balboa, Blues, or East Coast/West Coast Swing, we think you’ll find what you’re looking for here at Big Blue Swing.com.”
Admittedly, the station is a little odd. For reasons that aren’t quite clear, the station will at times randomly play a contemporary gospel song. Thankfully, they don’t overkill in this for these songs aren’t played back to back. Moreover, I find these gospel songs often to be a lot of fun. They tend to remind me of the fantastic church scene with James Brown from the movie Blues Brothers.

Therefore, if you don’t mind occasional gospel music with your big band, you might enjoy Big Blue Swing.com.

There are varieties of ways to listen to Big Blue Swing.com.

For PC:
You can listen to them at their web site: http://web.bigblueswing.com/

You can also listen to them at http://bigblueswing.radio.net/

For Mobile:
I would recommend http://tunein.com/
