The design of the film--from the costumes to sets--is great reference for a dieselpunk aesthetic, especially that of dark Piecraftian.<br /><br />To a lesser degree, I also wanted to mention two episodes of The Backyardigans because of the exceptional genre-appropriate music stylings. "Scared of You" features jump blues music, and "Whodunit" has music imitating that of Django Reinhardt (aka gypsy jazz, gypsy swing or hot club jazz).
